FEES
Fees vary based upon length of session, how many people are involved (individuals, groups, couples, friends, siblings, co-workers, parent/child) and also whether we're doing counseling, coaching or hypnotherapy.
Flower essences can be discussed at a separate appointment or, if we're already working together, during a regular session. The formula is always an additional fee.
PAYMENT
I accept checks or cash—at the beginning of each session. You may also use PayPal--BEFORE you arrive at each session.
Special notes about PayPal:
- You don't need a PayPal account to use this option.
- PayPal has processing fees, so add $5 per transaction to your session cost. (i.e. Your session fee is $95, so enter $100.)
- Pay separately for each session -- not a monthly lump sum. (If you want to pay once a month for all sessions, please talk with me first.)
- It will say Head to Soul on your debit/credit card statement and, for your privacy, each payment is called a donation.

INSURANCE
In order to offer reasonable rates and focus energy on clients, I have a fee-for-service practice. That means I don't bill insurance or provide forms to submit for reimbursement. (Even providing reimubursement forms leads to many phone calls and requests for additional documentation from insurance companies.) By not working with insurance, the privacy of your concerns and records are also better protected.
Additionally, most insurance policies cover treatment only for mental illnesses. That would require me to give you a mental illness diagnosis which would follow you throughout your life. It could negatively impact current and future employment, application for other insurance coverage, legal situations and circumstances in which background checks are required.
